HOW IT WORKS

We’ve adapted the same technology that powers our security fog generators to disperse our Sanihaze fluid quickly, effectively and thoroughly.

The fog is created by passing the Sanihaze fluid through a heat exchanger mechanism that vaporises the liquid. As the vapour is propelled rapidly into the air, it condenses, creating a fog.

The microscopic particles in the sanitising fog reach into awkward, hard-to-reach places, so you can be sure that you never miss a spot.

We recommend using Sanihaze as a supplement to your regular cleaning routine.

The vapour form of delivery for the sanitising agent is ideal for areas with a high risk of airborne transmission of infection including hospitals; particularly in communicable disease wards, nurseries, paediatric units, operating rooms and crowded dispensaries.

It’s also perfect for sanitising office spaces, classrooms and warehouses, as well as public transportation.

The fog itself will cause no damage to surfaces that it settles on and is non-corrosive.

Tested to EN 14476+A2:07-2019 and proven activity against:

  • Aspergillus brasiliensis
  • Staphylococcus aureus
  • Pseudomonas aeruginosa
  • Candida albicans
  • Human coronaviruses
  • E. coli
  • Influenzas

DISPENSARIES

OFFICE SPACES, CLASSROOMS, WAREHOUSES

PUBLIC BUSES, COACHES, TRAINS, TRAMS

REMOTE ACTIVATION

The wireless remote activation feature reduces the need for PPE (personal protective equipment) for cleaning staff. Simply place the machine in the area that needs sanitising, leave and activate. The machine will automatically stop after the programmed length of time.

To work out how long you will need to run the machine for, we’ve put together a quick calculation for you. Take the volume of the area that you want to sanitise and divide it by 20. This will give you the number of minutes that you need to run the machine for.

SAFE FOR ALL

  • Tested by a CDC accredited laboratory
  • Tested by an ISO 17025 Testing Lab, and ISO 15189 Medical Lab
  • Tested by an Infectious Disease inspection organization (CDC accredited)
  • Meets the Low Voltage Directive (73/23/EEC) and the EMC Directive (89/336/EEC)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Sanihaze fog contains a special sanitising formula that’s designed to clean areas quickly. It does not obscure property in the same way that security fog does. The same technology is used to produce the fog, but it’s done at a much slower rate. Also, Sanihaze fog clears much more rapidly than security fog.

We've put together a simple calculation to help you figure out how long you need to activate the machine for.

Just take the volume of the area you want to sanitise and divide it by 20. This will give you the number in minutes you need to run the machine for.

To work out the volume of the area, multiply the height, length and width of the area.

For example, if you have a 100m3 area you need to run the machine for 5 minutes.

100 ÷ 20 = 5

As a guide, use one generator per 100m3 area. This would keep running time to 5 minutes per generator.

Each fluid bag gives you approximately 100x 30-second activations.

We recommend that you leave the fog for 10 minutes before venting the area.

Yes, every machine comes with a wireless controller and a wireless receiver. The machine can be activated remotely from a distance of 10-25m.

The generator has an onboard 5-minute timer, or it can be activated and stopped on command using the wireless remote.

Yes, the fog will trigger optical and ionisation smoke detectors. You should consult with the people responsible for your fire safety procedures to create a standard operating procedure for use in areas that contain smoke detectors.

We do not recommend using Sanihaze in areas where food is prepared.

COVID-19 is a new strain of coronavirus and is therefore not available for commercial testing. Studies have shown that Triethylene glycol (one of the active ingredients in the Sanihaze fluid) has a microcidal effect against other coronavirus strains and it is expected that COVID-19 will display similar behaviour.
